Public Mobile users can now talk and text in more areas across Canada. The company has expanded its Canadian roaming coverage area to include 93% of Canadians.

The addition of a new roaming partner allows Public Mobile to expand the area in which its customers can use their phones. Eastern Canada will see the biggest expansion in roaming coverage, in addition to complete coverage of the Quebec City to Windsor, Ontario corridor.

"Public Mobile continues to offer the lowest price for Canadian roaming when compared to other new entrants," said Public Mobile CEO Alek Krstajic. "We remain committed to bringing Canadians affordable cell phone service," added Krstajic. For Canadian roaming it costs just 15-cents a minute to send or receive a call. Incoming texts are free and outgoing texts are 15-cents.
